When you book a service through Canbook, your information is provided to us and the Service Provider you book with. This is similar to booking directly with the Service Provider. If you provide a mobile phone number, Canbook may send you text messages about your booking status.

If you are a Service Provider, we may share your name, phone number, and/or profile picture with other users to provide services.
With government agencies or other companies assisting us in:
- Complying with legal obligations or responding to court orders and processes.

If we provide you with a username/mobile number and password/OTP to access certain parts of Canbook, you are responsible for keeping these details confidential.
